Concentrating on the key tension-holding areas, the back, neck and shoulders, this treatment begins with an attentive back scrub and a mineral-rich clay ritual to cleanse, yet nourish the skin, in this often-hard to reach area. While the heated clay works to eliminate toxins from the back, a hot stone massage on the back of legs re-balances the body’s energy pathways, and eases pressure from muscles. A hot compress caringly prepares the tissues for the tension-releasing back, neck and shoulder massage, and when used in combination with subtly scented, warmed, antioxidant-rich oil, this treatment is the most idyllic way to unwind.
